My Majestic Puppy

This is an agreement between seller Lisa Crump and the buyer _______________

The purchase price is $______________. The buyer has placed a

non-transferable deposit in the amount of $____________ for the purchase of the puppy

with the balance of $______________to be paid in full by_______________________.

If the balance is not paid in full by the due date the puppy will be resold to the next person on the list.

The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases as you take possession. If the puppy, within 48 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health you must return puppy on the day of the exam with a written statement from your licensed veterinarian. Failure to return written notice with in 48 hours of purchase invalidates this contract. I then agree to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed). A refund will be given upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. The seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred. If an autopsy is needed it will be at the buyers expense.

Puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from date of purchase against infectious diseases such as corona, or distemper.

Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects making him unsuitable as a pet from the date of birth until the end of the guarantee period. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must return it within 2 days of diagnoses with your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have the report verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange. The puppy would then be replaced (I can not guarantee the sex or size, I am a small breeder). An exchange will be given only upon the receipt of the (uninjured or harmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian. Seller is not responsible for expenses incurred. Any expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyers expense.

Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately.

Worming and vaccinations, including boosters, must be continued on a regular basis or contract is void.

The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing and care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder's recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and care. Remember puppies are babies too! They need plenty of LOVE, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food (_____________________________)

and a dry place to sleep and exercise.

All my puppies are held, loved and cuddled daily. Much love and attention has been given to them daily. Since I care so much for them it is my desire to try and make sure that these adorable little bundles are placed in a home that will give them the love and attention that they deserve.

No guarantee is made on disposition, breeding ability, color or size. Nor does it cover hypoglycemia, broken bones, patellas or small open fontanel (common in small breeds), Un-descended testicles, bite, or any other condition that is treatable. And not life threatening.

Keep your puppy healthy and safe! It is recommended that you do not let it around unfamiliar dogs that may not be vaccinated. Keep off veterinary floors, floors at dog stores such as Pets Mart, Pet Co and do not take to be groomed until after puppy has been fully vaccinated.
